Mail the product(s) back to us and include a note or a copy of the packing slip with your name, order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Once received by us we will contact you.
For exchanges make sure to include which product(s) you want and the quantity. We will let you know if you owe any additional amount, and at that time via the phone we will verify your shipping address, and provide a credit card for that reshipment.
For refunds please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once issued (check with your bank on processing times).
All returns (including refunds & exchanges) need to be received back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order, and products need to be UNUSED and in PERFECT condition, there will not be a refund or an exchange on used or open products.
Ensure the items you return to us are adequately packaged. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended you use a shipping method that can be tracked.
